With over 15 years of experience, Jitender brings deep domain expertise in Corporate Law, M&A Transactions, FDI Structuring, FEMA Compliance, Corporate Governance, and Regulatory Affairs. He has advised startups, VC/PE investors, family offices, and large enterprises on complex legal issues, business structuring, and exit strategies, with a sharp focus on legal robustness and operational scalability.
