Ms. Hema Bansal is the Co-Founder of HJA & Associates LLP. With over a decade of distinguished experience as a corporate lawyer, she is recognized for her deep expertise in company law, regulatory compliance, and strategic legal advisory across sectors.

Her core specializations include Secretarial Audits, Legal Due Diligence, Private Equity Transactions, NBFC and HFC Regulatory Frameworks, Listing and SEBI Regulations, Business Transfers, Labor Laws, and Corporate Commercial Advisory. She has successfully led complex legal and secretarial audits, RBI inspections, and end-to-end due diligence mandates for transactions involving domestic and international stakeholders.
